Do I have to be a current Dog House Client in order to purchase from this site?

No you do not!  We will deliver to your home even if you have not used our boarding or doggie daycare services.

What areas do you deliver?

We only deliver locally for instock items. Local delivery includes Bloomington, Ellettsville and some other areas in Monroe county. Its basically a 12 mile radius. 

Will you deliver if I am not at home?

Yes, we will leave your order at your front door if there is no one home.We practice social distancing and "Ring and Run" due to the covid-19

What days do you offer Local Delivery?

Local Delivery  is currently available 7 days per week. Subject to change depending on weather and holidays.

What is the cutoff time for Local Delivery?

All orders received by 3:00 pm are eligible for same day Local Delivery. Orders received after 3:00 pm will be delivered on the following day. However if we are able to accomodate the delivery after those hours we will.

How much does Local Delivery cost?

Our Local Delivery same-day service is $8.99 for orders under $100. FREE delivery for orders over $100.

All orders must be placed on our website at thezippypet.com . Please select Home Delivery, Store pick up or Ship to Me during checkout.

How do I return something purchased online?

All returns must be processed in-person at The Dog House L.L.C. in Bloomington Indiana.

Can I save money by using The Dog House website? 

Yes, any sale items will be available through our on-line store only. Most sales are continuous and ongoing. Also we do our best to offer the best prices possible. We strive to have better prices than Chewy.com. Currently you get 5% off at checkout on top of our low prices.

What if I cant make the 3pm deadline?

Our policy is next day delivery in this case, however it would be ok to ask if we could make an exception.

What if I have a special request on a food that you do not carry.

You may submit a speial request on this website thezippypet.com or in person at The Dog House. We will do our best to procure your request while giving you the best price that we can.
